Winter Wedding at Château Montebello | Château Montebello Wedding Photographer
Getting Ready at Le Château Montebello
The morning began with Eliane and Julien preparing for their special day in the cozy elegance of Château Montebello. Soft winter light filled the rooms as hair and makeup were completed, and final details came together with care. Capturing these moments as a top Château Montebello wedding photographer allows couples to relive the anticipation and joy of those first quiet moments before the ceremony. These candid preparations show the genuine excitement and emotion that define an intimate Quebec winter wedding.
The snowy Quebec landscape framed their day, blending the crisp winter light with the inviting glow of the historic log château.

They began the day with a private first look. The intentional choice softened the anticipation and allowed them to be fully present with one another before the celebration unfolded.
In a secluded outdoor setting, crisp winter air and brilliant sunshine surrounded them. A few tender tears slipped down their cheeks. They lingered together in the snow, embracing the quiet stillness.

Back inside the main lodge, we photographed family portraits against the beautifully styled Christmas décor in the foyer. The festive setting added warmth and texture; its soft glow created timeless imagery with a subtle seasonal touch.
With everyone gathered and ready, we made our way to the Heritage Building. Eliane and Julien were prepared to exchange their vows.

Eliane and Julien exchanged vows in an atmosphere brimming with emotion and quiet anticipation. At the conclusion of the ceremony, a Scottish bagpiper surprised the guests, filling the air with music as the couple made their joyful recessional. The moment felt both celebratory and deeply personal, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.

An Intimate Winter Reception in the Canada Room
Cocktail hour unfolded in the upstairs foyer. This was marked by warm interactions, laughter, and meaningful conversations. Soft lights and a welcoming glow illuminated the evening reception in the Canada Room. Heartfelt speeches, genuine smiles, and a relaxed winter ambiance carried the celebration late into the evening. Every detail reflected the couple’s refined yet heartfelt vision.
