Winter wedding at Strathmere Inn

My first wedding of the year took place at Strathmere Inn, a nice 20 minutes drive from Ottawa. It is a gorgeous country venue for couples, let it be winter or summer. Our wedding with Lilly and Don was held at the Garden House there. We had snow, we had cold, but most of all we had a lovely couple, who were celebrating.  Lilly & Don connected with me through a previous bride of mine, Tammy, who also works for La Maison D’Or  in Orleans.She was helping Don in choosing Lilly’s necklace and earrings. Lilly and Don are very sweet people, whose warmth radiates instantly. I loved Don’s mischievousness and his excitement to marry the love of his life. Thank you so much for everything, Lilly and Don! Wish you many,many happy years to come and lots of smiles!

Oh, those pretty Paris Hilton Shoes….They were really pretty and I think I got obsessed with them 😉 I am sure you understand why..

My other obsession was, Lilly’s beautiful veil, designed by Unveiled Bridal Designs . Dorene is a very sophisticated lady, whose work has to be macthed yet. I loved the veil, the box and the sweet letter, which came in a box for Lilly.
